Stretch & Flex
Shape & Strengthen
This class is suitable for all abilities. Movement focuses on mobility and range of movement at joint level, as well as gaining strength, using mostly body weight alone. We will particularly focus on form during movements, to ensure the basics are correct.
This class will cover more technically difficult movements and would be best suited to those who have practiced pilates before. You will improve strength, flexility and endurance. Beginning to add load and resistance to build strength in the body and develop stamina.
Endure & Empower
Performance Pilates
This class will be more challenging, and will be for those with more experience practicing pilates. Working more on strength and endurance using load and resistance, whilst maintaining correct technical form. Exercises will progress towards more of the classical movements.
These classes focus more specifically on exercises to enhance sporting performance. Breaking down individuals needs and the demands of sports on the body. See the Performance Pilates tab for more information.
